Innovation is key. Our team works continuously and throughout the world (USA, Israel, Euope, etc) to find new products of quality.
We are working in developing new recipes in partnership with canneries and some of the master chefs of the catering in the world. Our aim is to keep making tastier recipes.
On the other hand, our team is constantly looking for suitable materials, convenient, fun, eco-friendly for the presentation of our dishes. In addition to the traditional flexible aluminium containers, WAM innovates by offering a new APET container which are close to the ones for the frozen and fresh food. Those APET containers can go into the oven up to 210°C.
If the range of recipes has been reduced, WAM has emphasized on quality through simple but tasty local dishes.
In addition to the products manufactured under its brand, WAM has selected a range of innovative products which can be found under the range « Selected by WAM » : american cookies Mrs Field, M&Ms Peanut Butter,…

CERTIFICATION

WAM offers a large choice of products to suit your needs: Kosher, Halal, Vegetarian, Salt free, Gluten free, Diabetics, etc.
The partnership with different canneries, all HACCP certified, gives us some garantees in terms of food safety, traceability and storage with expiry dates that extends to 10 months.
WAM works closely with qualified Religious institutions based in each product type. With this approach, WAM obtained Kosher and Halal certifications.

CERTIFICATION CACHER
All our meals are delivered with a Kashrut certificate by the Rabbinate of London.
The products featured are manufactured under the strict rabbinical supervision of the Beth Din of the Federation of Synagogues with permanent Mashgichim in attendance and it is KOSHER LEMEHADRIN. All meat and poultry are Glatt Kosher from the Shechita hamehuderes. Cooked items are Bishul Yisroel. Baked items are Pas Yisroel. The rolls and bread are Mezonos.
Boxes are sealed with a label. If they contain a hot meal, the cassolette should be served hot and unopened, sealed by a label of the Rabbinate.
