CREATION OF WAM
Alexander Berger has acquired 20 years of experience in air and rail catering industries, through various experiences. Former student of the Hospitality School of Saint Quentin, he joined the Group STACI to take the lead in sales department of the subsidiary STACI FOOD SOLUTIONS at Moissy Cramayel before devoting himself to air and rail catering industries (SERVIP then WAM) .
He is recognized in his field for his dynamism and professionalism (Award for the Best Entrepreneurship in Hauts-de-Seine in 1993 and Award for Best Product Launch at the International Exhibition of food (SIAL) in 2002). he is now dedicated to create new flavors for his special meals ranges.
For 4 years now, he is the main shareholder and supports the development of WAM, from airlines to the catering industry worldwide.
